Do I need a special license to tow your trailers?

No CDL is required for anything in our standard trailer fleet. You do need a valid driver's license, insurance, and a tow vehicle rated above the loaded weight of the trailer. We'll confirm your setup is safe before you leave the yard.

How does weekly pricing work?

Weekly rates kick in automatically. Once your rental hits seven days, we bill the weekly rate instead of seven daily rates, and partial weeks never cost more than a full week.

Is a deposit required?

Yes. Each unit lists a refundable deposit that's collected at pickup, or you can pay it online when you reserve. It's released the same day the unit is returned and passes inspection.

Can you deliver to my jobsite?

Most units are available for delivery across Northern Colorado for a flat round-trip fee shown on the listing. Call (928) 920-6688 for sites outside the region.

What happens if I return late?

Let us know as soon as you know. If the unit isn't reserved behind you we'll simply add days at your rental rate. Unreported late returns are billed at the daily rate plus a late fee.

Can I cancel?

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your pickup time. Inside 24 hours the deposit covers the held slot.

Question 7

Do trailers come with straps and chains?

Accepted Answer

Every trailer goes out with a 12,000 lb winch, ramps, and tie downs. Extra straps and chains are available at the yard.

Do you rent to homeowners, or contractors only?

Accepted Answer

Both. A large share of our rentals are homeowners doing cleanouts, moves, and landscaping projects. We'll walk you through towing and loading if it's your first time.
